Right now the choices are a bit limited.
Only AA is recruiting pilots:
(Delta and UAL suspended recruitments a little while ago)
AA have 4 more classes scheduled for this year (50 per class)
Next years procjections are for 400 new hire pilots, but that could change.
The window of opportunity is rapidly closing.
Perhaps some furloughs are on the horizon if the economy keeps rolling downhill.
