Sorry there old chap, have to disagree.
Much rather have any colour/corporate Vulcan flying than none at all. Dignity will arrive at some point in the future, fingers crossed.
I appreciate you were tongue in cheek, but as the project seems to have run out of steam, needs must!
Paint it whatever colour- just let it fly!
