LZVB still appears in the Slovakian AIP, but in the AD4 (VFR) section which is not on the EAD. If you call the UK AIS foreign library, they might be able to help.
You could also buy a copy from the Slovakian AIS for about £40, but it would be a shame to do that and read that LZVB was not available to visiting aircraft!
