You know how guys say never bullsh!t, just say sorry sir I don't know that one. THIS IS DEFINITELY A QUESTION TO SAY SORRY SIR I DON'T KNOW. To say it would definitely matter if they asked you in the interview - trust me mate, it doesn't matter. This is not what they are after. I have been flying A330s for ages and NONE of us, line drivers or interview dudes know this so they don't want you to know. This is definitley a question to check you bullsh!t propensitys. Basics my boy - function of slats, critical mach number, range versus endurance, performance - not how many bloody fan blades etc etc.
