doubledolphins, can you please tell your lady that the ar5ehole that abused her is but one insignificant to55er among the thousands of passengers that have shown their gratitude towards airline staff in general, and BA staff in particular for all their hard work and professionalism these last few days! She is appreciated by a million passengers for every one that bad mouths her!
(Rather like the arrogant Gold Card ba5tard I had on the morning this all kicked off - "There's absolutely no f***ing way I'm checking in this bag" he said "It goes in the cabin with me!"
I smiled politely "Sir! Do you see that guy over there with the police baseball cap on cradling his machine gun? Would you go over to him and repeat that, then run as fast as you can through security and see what happens! Go on - Make my day!"
