Couldnt agree with you more.. Must say i am very surprised to hear that EK does not keep the crew informed of developing trends... from experience, i agree no1 is interested in 20,000 word document. Crew are not expected to sit and work out the trends. It is Flight Safety Dept's job for sure.
I am not working for EK, but was just curious to get a feel of "flight safety culture" at EK.
Anyone knows how many ppl working in the flight safety dept at EK?
