interesting is, they sent a rejection letter to my home(HK address, but my family moved after i left HK and they got it a week after the letter was sent)
my question is,
should I send a letter to Ms Kwan and ask for what my weakness parts were and

Yes, you can send a letter. but not necessarily to Ms Kwan.
