Account in a few other charges such as test fees, travel, approximate total cost in the region of 12 thousand.
Instead of 80 hours of hour building he/she could build 30 additional hours and do a 25 hour CPL course (5000 if completed in minimum time) , this would increase the cost, but at least they could then get paid to instruct.
