767 rest facility
BA, whose 767s served MIA, LAX and SEA got a company based at Arlington (north of Seattle, next door to the more interesting Glasair factory) to produce a mock up horizontal rest kit for their 767s. The device was to be fixed to the bulkhead aft of the fwd l/h toilet and extended across door 1 left providing a neat curtained off rest area. There were issues with galley chat intruding on one's desire for rest but the folding bunk was a smart and simple bit of kit. In the end I think they simply curtained off a first class seat. p.m. me if you want detail - the files are here somewhere.
