(a) General. An applicant for a PPL(A) shall
complete at an FTO or an accepted registered
facility the required instruction in accordance
with the syllabus as set out in Appendix 1 to
JAR–FCL 1.125. The requirements for
registration are set out in Appendix 2 and 3 to
JAR–FCL 1.125.
