All the operators flying in and out of Loki provide the service when necessary back into Kenya, and then the Nairobi based AMREF (Flying Doctor Service) usually gets called to do the transfer to Nairobi/South Africa/Europe if necessary. Loki has a hospital of sorts. AMREF already covers most of the East Africa region with its fleet of aircraft and chartered KingAirs or Citations.
