The way I log flight hours in Aus is as follows:
Skid type helo: skid off to skid on.
Wheeled Helo: Engine start (rotor turning) to engine off for the purpose of flight (because you must be at the controls on wheeled helos, unlike skid helos...in the regs).
Ground runs....NIL - NONE - get it!
