Without sounding cynical, I think its important that peoples decision to vote yes or no in this ballot is based on what IS gaurenteed - not what is a possibility... eg 10 days off per month (is what they are saying at this stage) is gaurenteed - sure these extra days off are a possibility, but its not in writing so therefore not gaurenteed that we will get them - so they are not obliged to give them to us... we ARE however obliged to abide by the workrules
