Heres my math. 130 hours per 28 days which works out to be 13x10 hour shifts with 15 days off. Some of those 15 days off may be available days as we know them now. You denominate and you dont get called unless they want to mess around with your roster or you may leave them and get called out to collect some extra cash. Pretty straight forward and not to different to what goes on now.
Give me a copy of the EBA to look at the finer points. Until then its just opinion.
