HSBC let me have 20k for that, however, originally my loan was refused due credit rating. I was lucky enough to have a good relationshipo with the bank. If you already have a loan with them, i suggest taking the "if you dont give me this i cant possibly finish the job and therefore pay my main loan off." Worked for me, however, to be honest, I dont think its at all easy to squeeze a bank for a tr loan. Is this through gecat?
