Turbine Endorsements in Africa

Hi all,

I am researching before "making the move". What sort of $$ (or insert relative currency here) would a C208 or twotter endorsement cost? Which countries/companies would those of you over there recommend?

If a company decided to employ you, is it the norm that they give you the endo, or are you expected to be knocking on thier door already endorsed?

BTW, anyone know of any AeroCommander (piston or turbine) operators in Africa?
