I am surprised no body (esp from PSF) has mentioned this to me as I have my filter interview at AFCO tomorrow.
They probably never mentioned it to you because the max age for entering pilot training, no matter your background, is 23!

I would be wary of showing any ignorance of the rules/conditions at the AFCO; you are supposed to have done some research before any interviews take place there!
