HHmmm.....pitch up momentarily because of the press. diff. around the wing (higher press. below the wing pushes up the floating aileron which is then blown back by the airstream over the wing making the A/C pitch down momentarily again and so on....)
But i fly airplanes without inboard ailerons so i'm just guessing....
