Octopussy2 I read it on the REPA site. BTW, the judgment is long but quite an interesting read. They also provide a pdf download - the pdf file is about 1mb. However, all of this is on the actual site. All I can suggest is to try REPA by sending an e-mail using info on their "Contact Us" page (
www.repaweb.org). Maybe they would send you a copy.
