Like you said its sad about all the BS and politics. I'm not sure the company realise all the good ones seem to quit! I don't know how many times I have been on a trip with a first rate crew only to learn that 1/2 of them are leaving or thinking of leaving. It makes me sad to see such talented people go to waste.
