Hi,
I fly a 690 and 690A and assume they are almost the same as a B. To set take off power you push the throttles forward to the stop unless the hp limiter is broken. Pull them back a bit for the climb.
Sorry, if you have any specific questions I could probably help although not completely 690B specific.
If it has the same engines it will be identical as far as power settings etc. The 690 and 690A I fly have the TPE-331-5 engines.
