Adam ant...you are right it is a great airline,however it all lies in the knowlwedge of the crew..the wiser you are the more are a threat and the more information you have the more you want to challenge them. Why do you think they employ fresh new and YOUNG faces- not all young crew are ignorant, but the company is not exactly pro FAAA, so new crew are left to find out about the vices themselves and that's not always easy until you've been on line a while ...
