Not sure if i've read it wrong but i thought the stall speed is the SQRT of the Load factor * the level flight stall speed.
Load factor = 1/cos bank angle
Therefore stall speed = level flight stall speed * (SQRT of 1/cos bank angle)
In other words
55 * SQRT 1/cos 60
=
55 * SQRT 1/0.5
=
55* SQRT 2
=
55* 1.41
=
