In a turn.

Stall speed in a turn = level stall speed / SQRT [cos (bank angle).]

So if, say, an aeroplane stalls level at 55 knots, then with 60° of bank it'll stall at 78 knots in a balanced turn.

SSD's rather more extreme approach works too!
