As for weather, having flown in the middle east region for many years I would say flying training is not the ideal aviation business for that part of the world....HAZE (that reads V poor Vis) and i mean alot of it!!!!!!
It greats pretty hazy in the summer due to the Shamal winds which blow up dust,etc. However, it is nice and clear in the winter months ( November - February ) so winter is probably the best time to go for training
