Having enquired about prices I would say they are way out! Most European organisations like CABAIR etc, give better prices all inclusive doing courses in the US or you can go to Australia and still do it cheaper and do your tests back in your own european JAA state.

As for weather, having flown in the middle east region for many years I would say flying training is not the ideal aviation business for that part of the world....HAZE (that reads V poor Vis) and i mean alot of it!!!!!!

As for JAR/EASA approval, unlikely as it's nothing to do with Europe.....miracles do happen and I suppose Arab money may well talk

But good luck to them and I would say they will need alot of expat instructors, especially western/european to make such a project work and get the standards right........middle east/asia is way off the mark on standardisation
