unfortunately, i'm not rich nor young enough so local PPL, CPL and degree courses are not feasible.

i believe you are what you do: i want to be pilot, therefore i'm working towards getting into the cadet pilot program (which is the best way i know to become a pilot). i don't see how that makes me fake, unless you are implying that malaysian PPL can be obtained by just paying up...

so forgive me if i'm not ideal pilot material in your eyes, but if you think getting a cheaper malaysia PPL is a bad idea, maybe you can suggest something better than doing nothing?
You appear on this forum, suddenly, with a very specific question to just one outcome, a result for which you have only one use for.

You are no stranger to the Internet. It is unlikely that you have suddenly come to know of PPRuNe. More likely you have been lurking here a long time or have been posting under some other nick.

Your style seems much like - I'm here, I want an answer, and I want it now. Much too busy to be looking for the answers on how to do it properly from the start, right? Only want help when it is clear that you have cocked up, right?

The question that invariably comes to mind for repeat applicants like you are, so what have you been doing to improve your chances since the first time? Hanging out on badminton and car forums does not count. Only now you want to do a PPL, and only for the sake of getting into the cadet program. As quickly and as cheaply as possible. Sounds like someone young (mentally), impatient and looking for shortcuts. Not cadet material at all. In my eyes only, but of course.

Your response also reflects your maturity: I tell you your idea won't work. So you tell me in the nicest way you can to give you a better answer or shut up. Doesn't take much for your attitude to surface, does it? I'm sure this came out at the interviews which is the real reason why SIA doesn't want you. Cocky to the last breath.

To borrow a metaphor from a recent event, I can tell you that your bakchormee sucks, but why should I have to give you an alternative recipe to validate my opinion?

Go ahead and spend the money then. Why should I even care? After all, it gives my friends something to do.
