The fact that you produce a PPL from Malaysia, at a convenient moment, at maybe half price, compounds this perception of merely trying to ace the selection process and not being the real you.
of course, a PPL is no magic bullet, but at least it's better than empty words.

unfortunately, i'm not rich nor young enough so local PPL, CPL and degree courses are not feasible.

i believe you are what you do: i want to be pilot, therefore i'm working towards getting into the cadet pilot program (which is the best way i know to become a pilot). i don't see how that makes me fake, unless you are implying that malaysian PPL can be obtained by just paying up...

so forgive me if i'm not ideal pilot material in your eyes, but if you think getting a cheaper malaysia PPL is a bad idea, maybe you can suggest something better than doing nothing?
