Hi Ian and congratulations, i used to work for virgin back in 2000 and loved it, your first day will be fantastic and fun and nothing to worry about at all.... it is hard work the training but well worth it and it's such a rewarding job, i left in 2000 to have a family and i have just called the recruitment office today to send me and application form as i would love to return to Virgin.
You are treated so well and are a valued member of the team, i have never worked for such a professional company and would recommend anyone who wants to fly, go virgin and you wont be dissapointed....
