330 is the best fleet so far if u fly single type. If it is a mix type (probably it will be after 6 to 8 months it is a too much job but no way u can compare the load with 320s. That poor guys are doing realy hard work due to stupid planning of recruitment and rostering. If u go to 320 be ready for the hell.
