I wonder if this was the same moron (in a JP) that I had cause to talk to a couple of years ago after he decided to go arsing about in the upper air on a VFR squawk (I am sure it was a JP), just north-east of London. The chap I spoke to was a complete arse and didn't give a toss that we had seriously considered launching QRA to find out what the hell he was up to.
