91% was the figure I heard.
I'm sure some form of industrial action will result if the management still remain stubborn and don't relax their stance on this.

With Floatation looming on the Horizon, any potential investor will be running for the Hills. It will cost the company a small fortune in Wet Leasing or Flight Cancellations. Not to mention the Mass Exodus of Pilots over the last year 18 months. Re-Training costs must be Sky High!

It looks like that the New Management have inherited MW's and JC's Draconian ways
