Also the CAA will not let any training outside JAA airspace count towards the issue of a CAA IR! So all the I/F time in the U.S is additional to what a student would require so would defiantly benefit the student on return to the UK!
Where are you getting all this from? Consult LASORS & you will find that this is not the case. I am most definately
not criticising OAT nor anyone else for how they choose to run their business. There are significant advantages from a financial perspective for both the customer & company. Continuity is paramount in flight training & a pleasant flying environment will facilitate this. I am merely attempting to enlighten potential students that they should be absolutely clear as to what they are signing up for.
