Similar experience, single pilot ops to two crew, heavy training schedule... set up, performance calcs, paper work, and a constant questions, what have you forgotten, too slow, speed up etc.. great fun :/
I wrote down everything from "sit down " and "get charts out " , to a detailed 'which switch and why' version of SOPA, in my own ARSOPS ( anal retentive SOPs
) then sat at home chair-flying them. Getting the basic SOPs down leaves you free to enjoy the bliss that is route training! On a serious note your instructors have seen it all before...
Company now have a ground course just on set up and check list use... woulda been handy. Don't know if that's normal in companies recruiting from mainly from GA??
As previously mentioned it'll come right very soon and you'll wonder what the problem was!
Enjoy!
