my advice would be to just enjoy every bit of it. you are starting a career in one of the most interesting and rewarding jobs that exists! each day is very different and packed with challenges and rewards. just please, for me, remember that we are there onboard for our pax. however rude some may be, rise above it and smile. I've seen too many new crew start off keen, customer orientated and then be tainted by the moaners in the galley! just be yourself and always remember why you first wanted to do the job. god I sound like a right old git don't I?! something was told to me many years ago by a wise man and it is this : "although sometimes their manners are from the gutter, just remember that they are our bread and butter" nuff said! happy flying xx
