Just decided to order a new Apple MacBook Core Duo before I return to Africa. Apple quote free shipping and ready to ship in 3 days. I put the order in yesterday and was more than a bit surprised to get an e-mail today saying that my order will not be shipped until 16 June, with expected delivery on 27 June!!

The Apple Customer service person, whilst perfectly polite was also completely useless! What a way to run a business - and apple expect to finally be able to compete with the other major laptop producers with service like this?
