I, sicerelly, cannot see FlyBe going on a strike. The CC they had, at least a year ago, were to scared to do anything. To scared to stand up to the company. They constantly agreed o things the membar did not really want but, had to accept because of not haing an alternative.
The guys at FlyBe really need to go on strike and sort things out with the management. It is all a matter of cost. The company say that if there is no cost reductions somewhere else the changes are not viable. Well, give them the cost reduction.
