It would be improper to discuss privileged union business in an open forum ... but it is also very unusual to find any Company Council asking its electorate to reject the company's offer (for 'offer', please read 'p*ss-take') whilst simultaneously acknowledging that it is unlikely to achieve anything further without " ... some form of Industrial Action ...".
From what I hear, Flybe's 'management' had better have something imaginative ready to offer, or be ready for a right old punch-up. A punch-up, BTW, that they can only lose.
