This picture shows how easy it is to rock back on the heels of the skids due to the rotor head design. Very useful technique for dispatching/off loading patients, thus saving the likely strain on the backs of the medics. Manual handling should be avoided if there are other methods, and here is a good example of an alternative. The health and safety executive would be proud of this method but I don't think the aviation would be quite so impressed!
