Well, probably it was just me but I think Dolomiti has a VERY high standard of training and is very demanding. as per the interview and training I found it tough, but agin perhaps was just me. On the other hand I wa sprobbaly just very lucky and I happened to be at right place at the right time. Being already type rated on their aircraft probbay helped as well, but again, no reccomendations. It is a very honest work/environment. They will give you a chance, beat you and push you, demand that you strive to be always perfect, from the merly formal point of view such as uniforms and appereance , to the more technical as flying performances. but they can also be very understanding and rewarding with some sort of tough/love teaching behaviour.
