You mean that sterling are sacking 24 cockpit crew and then taking on guys new to the type on a short contract?
According to Swedish law I cant see that being possible legally, but if they have a contract firm handling the contracts "out of house", it's perfectly legal and really sad for the guys having to leave... If you think of it, this is whats happenīng everywhere with buisnesses such as manpower, adecco etc.
It's really
up towards the previously employed, but I guess there's nothing to do.
