So another non UK registered aircraft to be based in UK then. Why do the CAA allow this? If the airline can conform to all the UK CAA requirements & intend to base the aircraft in UK, why no "G" reg?
They do so under cabotage rights. Just as there is no restriction on Air Scotland, BA or whoever going and setting up a base in any EU country with G reg aircraft and British crews.
