Hi all!
Does anyone out there have experience of commuting from Guildford to LGW by chance?? ... Im sure there must be several good towns to commute from, Brighton and S.London being two which both seem to have great train services running regularly and directly but Guildford is very much on the cards for the relocation due to the availability of a room. Any info on the pro's and con's on this matter would be greatly appreciated from anybody's previous or current experience to date.
I am aware of the train line from Guildford taking approximately 40 - 50mins on average and would be keen to hear about your knowledge of the drive to LGW too.
Any help would be greatly valued at this point! Many thanks in advance

Guildford to LgW is 35 mins by train. Not a bad service either. Roads, as been said are similar times, IF you avoid main rush hour. it can be a queue to get off the A3 onto the M25. And Friday afternoons can be hell the other way.
