you might have chance, if you are rated in ATR, I guess.. but I heard 2 ( oops, forgot another "airline?" . so total 3) of the airlines don't hire expats. Well, the " big man's " airline has got a jet, but I don't think they need any more expats - too expencive for them.
Maybe you should go and have a look. The place is very very behind.( you wouldn't believe what sort of life the local has got!!)
