Hi,I would like to get some ideas how pilots of other airlines handle the high noise level in the airbus cockpit which is caused by the avionics and cabin fans.In my opinion the noise level poses a safety risk.There is a modification for the avionics fan available (dual speed fan) to get it quiet ,but as of course it costs money our company won`t buy it.During transit Airbus allows to switch the cabin fans of but not the avionics blower fan.So what do you do to protect your ears?
