Ciao Giovane. Not really a fair question by Banjul - all the following are quotes from him in his post:
-"they did not invite black africans"... Not true, so his assumption is wrong
-"I am not implying that EK have a racist policy" but then says "i fear there is a bias relating to skin colour"
-through discussion we can remove prejudice on both sides"
Now who is implying that EK are racist?
The aggression in some of the posts is probably because of a number of similar posts through the years implying the same thing. Many people apply to join EK (according to our boss, bless him, about 25 a day!) and many get turned down but nobody else uses skin colour as a reason. As I mentioned before, EK is nowhere near perfect but to their credit racism in pilot selection I have yet to see. Banjul's implications are immature.
