You won't find a better short haul scheduling agreement anywhere.
Period.
The airline seems to be on the 'up' at the moment, though it can give the impression of being 'penny wise, pound stupid', or however that saying goes!
I don't believe it improves your chances of moving to mainline, though if you do get in, you will have the advantage of some SOP similarities. (monitored approaches etc.)
