I have seen some virgin crew flying through dublin before, and they are usually the same people i see. i thought maybe they were commuting to heathrow with bmi ( can they fly stand-by on bmi for free?)

We have crew who live all over Europe (and some from even further away).

Once you complete the six month probation period you receive your Staff Travel benefits for use on VS and some other airlines. The crew you have seen commuting from Dublin are probably flying standby. I think the tickets cost around £60.
