i like your attitude. you come accross as highly motivated and professional.
but i think you are waisting your time with the guys from UAE.
i sympathise with them that it is their management that forces them to do what they do. it is surely the controllers duty to approach their management and "educate" them about the problems they are facing.
rather than doing the right thing they dont want to admit they have a problem. how do you expect this problem to go away ?
