In contrary, your Cabin Chief in your flight today showed a very good example of "pride". He made a professional service like everybody else in Swiss, but at least he had the pride and dignity to speak up what is not correct and what is happening!
You may argue if it is professional to discuss in front of passengers!
However, half of the world know already about Swiss if they wouldn't realise with the minimum cabin crew concept, and its black stain and shadow to Swiss Civil aviation!
